rechaj-star-trek-app — product design
Section titled “rechaj-star-trek-app — product design”Survey Agent mobile app for the Star Trek Expansion Capture & Intelligence Platform. Replaces the “Capture Keke” tab that used to live inside the Agent App (products/rechaj-agent-app/flows/expansion-capture) with a standalone product, now that capture, per-photo pay, and review are a full workflow of their own.
Rationale
Section titled “Rationale”Survey Agents are paid per Supervisor-approved photo, not for turning up — so the app’s whole job is: make one photo fast to capture, and make the agent’s own review/pay status visible without ambiguity. There is no Wallet/Riders/Onboarding surface here (those stay in the Agent App); this app is scoped to capture + the agent’s own captures-and-earnings record + profile.
Inherits from global DESIGN.md
Section titled “Inherits from global DESIGN.md”Built on the canonical mobile-app scaffold defined in the master DESIGN.md:
- Mobile App Anatomy —
rsm-*scaffold - Status chips — canonical 3-color rule — this product’s own review states (Pending / Approved / Rejected) map onto Pending amber / Completed green / the red failure variant, never a 4th color.
- Class-name prefix ownership
- Activated-sheet Success Modal — used for “Capture saved”.
- Inline error sheet — used for the on-device low-confidence plate read (retake vs. save anyway; the plate check is informational and never blocks submission).
- Read-only Evidence Sheet + Edit-submission affordance
- Camera-only evidence — no infrastructure hints — tricycle photo capture goes through the in-app camera viewfinder only; no gallery import; never surface EXIF/plate-pipeline infrastructure copy.
- Starter checklist for a new app
Class-name prefix
Section titled “Class-name prefix”svy-* for Survey-Agent-specific components beyond the shared rsm-* scaffold (capture row, area pill, meta rows, captures list, pay hero). Reuses ka-* verbatim for the fullscreen camera shell (ka-camera-shell, ka-viewfinder, ka-shutter) and rt-* verbatim for the single-photo capture tile (rt-capture-add, rt-capture-thumb), per the existing cross-product ownership in the prefix table — these are shared evidence-capture components, not reinvented here.
Cards — no strokes
Section titled “Cards — no strokes”Restating the global rule: no border on any card/tile/row/sheet, no single-side accent stripes. Background tint (or none) + box-shadow: var(--sh-card) only.
Scope note
Section titled “Scope note”Two-stage OCR (on-device at capture, backend after upload) is informational only in this app — a plate-read result is shown as a small status tag on a capture’s detail, it never blocks or auto-rejects a submission. The Supervisor’s manual review is the only thing that turns a capture into a paid one.
Screens
Section titled “Screens”See flows/survey-agent/ for the canonical interactive HTML flow.
