How do I start a work order?

Tap the unit from Home or Work and its step opens straight away, no scan needed. You cannot start until production stock covers the step BOM.

How do I complete a step?

Tick every Required check, type the quantity, capture the live step photo, then scan the unit to submit. The button stays disabled until all three are done.

Why must I capture a photo?

Every step needs live camera evidence attached to that step for QA. Photos from your gallery are not accepted.

What is the serial (SN) on my unit?

Each serialised unit carries a unique serial, e.g. SN BP-48V-00125. It ties your work to that exact unit and is verified at the QA gate.

How do I record a tape roll or a bottle I used?

Open the item under Items and tap Log usage, or tap Log consumable usage on the work order if it went on one job. Enter how much you used. It comes off the team's count straight away and shows in that item's history as Used, with your name against it. Parts a step's BOM names come off on their own when you start the step, so you do not log those.

How do I request missing items?

On the step's BOM shortage sheet, or Items, tap Request, add the short lines and send. The request is raised for production stock, with your name on it as the person who raised it. Once the store fulfils it, anyone on the team can receive it in under Incoming.

How do I record which component went on?

On a step that asks for components, every line has its own Add. Pick the unit you fitted from the team’s stock, or scan its label and it lands on the line it belongs to. The pick is held, not used, until you complete the step, so changing your mind costs nothing.

Why does QA ask me to type serials again?

You read each fitted serial off the unit and enter it on its own. Nothing is shown back to you and no slot is marked right or wrong: the whole set is checked when you accept. That is what makes it a real second reading rather than a copy of the first.

My printer is not in the list.

Tap Scan for Bluetooth printers if it has no network connection, or Add by address to type its host, port and label size. A test label prints before it is saved. Either way it is remembered on this phone only, so a Bluetooth printer does not carry to the next bench.

Whose stock is on the Items tab?

Production stock at Sango, shared by the whole team. Everyone sees the same on-hand. Starting a step draws its BOM off that stock for everyone, recorded against you, the work order and the unit.

Who receives stock the store has sent?

Anyone on the team. Open Items › Incoming, receive each line, capture the serials and a photo, and it lands on hand for everyone at once. Until then it shows as Incoming and does not count towards a step BOM.

How do I see who used a part?

Tap the item under Items. Its movement history lists every receipt, draw and return, with who did it, the work order and unit it went on, and when.

Where do I see my finished work?

Open the History tab in the bottom nav. It lists the steps you completed and the serials you minted, each with its photo.
